Beginning in the middle of the Thames River at the intersecting point of the Montville/Waterford and Ledyard town lines running westerly along the Montville/Waterford town line to Jerome Road; thence northerly along the center line of Jerome Road to the intersection of Maple Avenue and Interstate 395; thence northerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence northwesterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to the Oxoboxo River; thence northwesterly along the center line of the Oxoboxo River to a point directly south of the end of Pires Drive; thence northerly in a straight line to the end of Pires Drive; than northerly along the center line of Pires Drive to Simpson Lane; thence northerly along the center line of Simpson Lane to Raymond Hill Road; thence southeasterly along the center line of Raymond Hill Road to Interstate 395; thence southerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence easterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad spur line; thence easterly along the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad spur line to the junction with the New England Central Railroad tracks; thence easterly to the Montville/Ledyard town line in the middle of the Thames River; thence southerly along the Montville/Ledyard town line in the middle of the Thames River to the point of origin.
