Beginning at a point in the center of Interstate 395 at the Montville/Norwich town line running southerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to Raymond Hill Road; thence northwesterly along the center line of Raymond Hill Road to Simpson Lane; thence southerly along the center line of Simpson Lane to Pires Drive; thence southerly along the center line of Pires Drive to the end of Pires Drive; thence directly south in a straight line to the center of the Oxoboxo River; thence southeasterly along the center line of the Oxoboxo River to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence northwesterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to Chesterfield Road; thence westerly along the center line of Chesterfield Road to Chapel Hill Road; thence northerly along the center line of Chapel Hill Road to Forsyth Road; thence westerly along the center line of Forsyth Road to the Montville/Salem town line; thence northerly along the Montville/Salem town line to the intersection of the Montville Salem and Bozrah town lines; thence easterly along the Montville/Bozrah town line to the intersection of the Montville/Bozrah and Norwich town lines; thence easterly along the Montville/Norwich town line to the point of origin.
