Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Fire Street and the Montville/Waterford town line running northerly in a straight line approximately 6,500 feet to the four-way intersection of CL&P power lines; thence northeasterly in a straight line to the intersection of Sharp Hill Road and Old Colchester Road; thence easterly along the center line of Sharp Hill Road to Maple Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Maple Avenue to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence northwesterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to Chesterfield Road; thence westerly along the center line of Chesterfield Road to Chapel Hill Road; thence northerly along the center line of Chapel Hill Road to Forsyth Road; thence westerly along the center line of Forsyth Road to the Montville/Salem town line; thence southerly along the Montville/Salem town line to the intersection of the Montville/Salem and East Lyme town lines; thence southerly along the Montville/East Lyme town line to the intersection of the Montville/East Lyme and Waterford town lines; thence easterly along the Montville/Waterford town line to the point of origin.
